Can the ball escape 30 spinning rings?
One ball starts in the middle of dozens of nested rings. Every ring spins in the opposite direction to its neighbor and has one gap. When the ball slips through a gap, that ring shatters and the camera pulls back to the next one.

A countdown runs at the bottom of the screen, so every video ends with a clear answer: "ESCAPED!" with the finishing time, or "TIME'S UP" with the number of rings broken. Viewers pick a side in the first second and stay to see who was right. Prefer no clock? Switch the ending to "Until it escapes": the timer counts up and the video ends with a burst the moment the last ring breaks.
How it works
- You choose how many rings (10–60), how wide the gaps are and how fast the rings spin. Each ring gets its own starting angle and speed from the seed.
- The ball bounces with gravity and full bounciness. Each bounce plays the next note of the melody you pick, so the video doubles as a "guess the song" clip.
- When the ball passes through a gap, the ring breaks into glowing pieces and the camera zooms out, which makes long runs feel endless.
- Choose the ending: a countdown (escape in time or not) or "Until it escapes", where the video simply runs until the ball gets out. Either way, the video ends a couple of seconds after the escape.
- The same seed always gives the same video. Roll the dice until you find a run that escapes in the last second.

How do I make a "can the ball escape the rings" video?
Open the Ring Escape template, set the number of rings, roll a seed and export the MP4. The countdown and the final ESCAPED or TIME'S UP screen are added automatically.
Can I control whether the ball escapes?
Indirectly. Wider gaps, more time or fewer rings make an escape more likely. The exact result comes from the seed, so you can preview seeds until you get the ending you want.
What is the difference from the Rotating Ring template?
Rotating Ring has one ring and balls that multiply on every escape. Ring Escape has one ball, many nested rings and a countdown with a win or lose ending.
Does every bounce really make a sound?
Yes. Each bounce plays the next note of the chosen melody and each broken ring plays a chime, rendered into the MP4 in sync with the video.
