Which one is the last ball standing?
Every contestant is a ball with a flag, an emoji or a short name on it. They all bounce inside a spinning ring that has one gap. A ball that falls through the gap is eliminated, an "OUT" note appears at the bottom and the counter drops by one.

The last ball left inside wins. The ring closes, the winner gets a golden halo and a big "WINS!" card, so the video always ends with a clear answer. It is the country elimination marble format, made in a few clicks instead of a physics editor.
How it works
- Type your contestants, one per line: country flags, emoji or names, from 2 up to 32. The balls shrink automatically so a full field of 32 still fits inside the ring.
- The gap starts small and gets wider as the video goes on, and the ring spins a little faster over time. Eliminations come at a steady pace and the video ends right after the winner card, so its length follows the field: about 15 seconds for 4 contestants, 25 for 16 and 35 for 32.
- Once only one ball is left, the ring closes. The last ball can never fall out, so every video has exactly one winner.
- The same seed always gives the same video. Roll new seeds until your favorite wins, or loses in the last second.

Use names instead of flags to pick a winner, a topic or the next streamer game. The physics makes it more fun to watch than a spinning wheel.
Series format
Run the same field with different seeds and number the episodes. Commenting "who won last time" keeps people coming back to the next part.

How do I make a country elimination marble video?
Open the Last One Standing template, paste one flag or name per line, pick a seed and export the MP4. The remaining counter, the OUT notes and the winner card are added automatically.
Can I use names instead of flags?
Yes. Any short text works. Emoji and flags are drawn large on the ball, names are drawn in small text and long names are shortened so they fit.
Is the winner random? Is this gambling?
No. It is a video maker, not a betting or prize tool. The result comes from a seeded physics simulation, so the same seed always produces the same winner. There is no money and nothing to bet on.
Can two balls be left at the end, or none?
No. Eliminations stop when one ball remains and the ring closes around it, so every video ends with exactly one winner.
